As our community assesses our REBUILDING PROJECT and ongoing support, we pray for the wisdom to plan and make decisions that will lead to the fulfillment of our Camaldolese charism. We ask your continued prayers for wise stewardship of New Camaldoli as we venture together into the future.

DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes under Section 170 of the IRS Code. A formal acknowledgment of your gift will be forwarded to you to support your deduction.

ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGNS

You may designate the Hermitage to be the recipient of your contribution to the United Way or corporate matching campaign at your place of work. Legal documentation of the status of the Hermitage as a Charitable Institution under federal law may be obtained by writing the Business Office, New Camaldoli Hermitage, Big Sur, CA 93920 or calling 831-667-0189.

BEQUESTS, LEGACIES, TRUSTS, TRANSFERS, GIFTS

You may designate the Hermitage as the recipient of a bequest, charitable trust or gift. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers or gifts are deductible for federal estate and gift tax purposes under Sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the IRS Code.
